Teaser Tuesdays Link Up

June 9, 2015 Reading Life 4 Comments

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teasers:

“Backstabbing, ass kissing, and bed sharing were well-worn rungs on the circus ladder. Hierarchy–whether in the ring, in management or on the payroll–turned brother against brother, friends into enemies, and the circus into a soap opera.” ~ Love in the Elephant Tent: How Running Away with the Circus Brought Me Home by Kathleen Cremonsi

**On June 24th, I’ll be reviewing Love in the Elephant Tent as part of a virtual book tour for Ms. Cremonsi! Come back and check it out!

Your Teaser definitely made me curious. Is this a memoir or fiction? Sounds interesting, regardless.

Yes, Sandra, it is a memoir! It is really great so far! I don’t want to give too much away but I am greatly enjoying it!
